A wide variety of workshops and seminars are taking place across North East Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, and the Saturday Kitchen and Strictly Come Dancing star was invited to share his life story and explain how, from humble beginnings, he has risen to the top of his profession.
James also hosted a quick saturday morning kitchen style event for some of the students Paul teaches, as fans of James will know, the omelette challenge is a regular feature on his show, Saturday Kitchen, which sees two celebrity chefs pitted against each other to see who can prepare an omelette in the quickest time.
Paul won a National competition which was advertised in the Caterer Magazine, The winner would then have their recipe published on Jean Christophe's website featuring recipes and ideas for all sectors of the industry using Bel's well-known cheeses such as Mini Babybel, Leerdammer, Port Salut and the Laughing Cow, and introduces its newer cheeses, Cantadou, Kiri and Boursin.
